How does it work? Once a date has been set, we will turn up with one of our specialist Lorries at the address provided. With the storage unit or container on board, it’s simply a case of lowering the unit into position and then loading it up.

There are numerous options available. We will help you with the whole loading process – our team members are experienced and well equipped to deal with packing and loading. You can help us if you wish but you can rest assured knowing we have it all under control. If you want us to pre-pack goods in advance, we can do that too. Just let us know how much help you need and we will give you a quote for the most appropriate service. Once everything is packed and loaded, we will deliver your goods safely to our secure storage facility. At the end of the designated storage time, we will repeat the same professional process, only in reverse.

Once loaded into a container, the appropriate padding will be packed around your items, from blankets and sheets to bubble wrap and protective cardboard and paper. This helps to keep everything stable in transit and secure when in storage.

The paperwork for peace of mind

We make an inventory of every single item you choose to store with us. Once complete, we’ll ask you to check the list and sign it when you are happy that all is in order. Everything you store with us and on the inventory will be fully insured. At this point, we will then (with you in attendance) close and lock the doors on the storage unit, which will then be transported over to our secure facility.

Once on site, we can provide even more in the way of security thanks to our CCTV surveillance which is in operation 24 hours a day in addition to Chubb monitored security. Things we are not able store

Unfortunately, there are a selection of things we are simply not able to store, so things like food and perishables as well as paints and other flammables cannot be stored on our premises.
